PicPick 7.4.0 available for download

Among other changes the new version now supports WebP.

PicPick has been updated to version 7.4.0. This user-friendly screenshot tool, which also supports editing images and short videos, now allows horizontal scrolling in the image editor by holding the Shift key while using the mouse wheel.

Additionally, images can now be saved in WebP, an open graphics format suitable for both static and animated images, supported by all modern browsers. This update also addresses previous issues, such as certain windows not being recognized during control captures and the loss of focus during delayed captures of active windows.

  • Added support for saving in WebP file format
  • Added horizontal scrolling in the Image Editor with Shift and mouse wheel
  • Fixed control capture failing to detect specific windows

The software is free for personal, non-commercial use. PicPick runs with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista and XP including both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
