Update to Firefox 75 closes vulnerabilities

Mozilla released this update to Firefox 75 to eliminate a number of vulnerabilities in the browser.

With the regular browser update to Firefox 75.0 and Firefox ESR 68.7.0, Mozilla closes several vulnerabilites. A few days ago, Mozilla published Firefox 74.0.1 to fix zero day exploits. Firefox 75 additionally offers a revised address bar.

In the security report MFSA2020-12 Mozilla lists four vulnerabilities that were discovered external security researchers. One of these vulnerabilities is considered high risk. It is a data leak caused by a bug in Mozilla's WebGL implementation. The 32-bit version of Firefox can run into problems if it has to process an image that is larger than 4 GB. Read more here.

With the update to Firefox ESR 68.7.0, the developers have fixed several vulnerabilities.
