Google has released the new major version 92 for the Chrome browser in. The new version eliminates 35 security vulnerabilities.

The generation change to Chrome 92 takes place with the new version 92.0.4515.107 for Windows, macOS and Linux as well as with Chrome 92.0.4515.105 for Android. Last week, Google released a security update for Chrome 91 to close a 0-day vulnerability.

The Chrome Release Blog lists 24 fixed vulnerabilities that were discovered by external security researchers and reported to Google. Nine of these are classified as high risk. In addition, there are other internally found vulnerabilities about which Google, as always, does not provide any information.
