Firefox 66.0.5 tries to solve the add-on problem

Mozilla wants to solve the problem with disabled add-ons.

A few days ago, Mozilla released the Firefox 66.0.4 update, which was intended to solve issues with add-ons caused by an expired intermediate certificate. The Firefox extensions were disabled in Firefox, Firefox ESR and Firefox for Android due to this issue and they could not be reinstalled or updated.

But it seems Firefox 66.0.4 could not solve the problem for all users. That is why Mozilla has now released another update Firefox 66.0.5. Other users still have issues, because they use legacy versions of the software.
