Adobe closes critical vulnerabilities in Photoshop and Illustrator

Available updates include Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and other programs.

Adobe has published a number of security updates available. These include Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and other programs.

Adobe's contribution to Patch Day in October was limited to an update for the Flash Player. A week later, Adobe now released a comprehensive bundle of important security updates that close critical vulnerabilities. In addition to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and InDesign, Animate, Dreamweaver, Marketo, Media Encoder and Creative Cloud Desktop are also affected.

At the end of last week, Adobe released updates to the new versions 2.4.1 and 2.3.6 for the Magento shop software. The developers have eliminated nine vulnerabilities, including two identified as critical.

In After Effects, Animate, Creative Cloud Desktop App, Illustrator, InDesign, Media Encoder, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, the Adobe developers have fixed at least one security vulnerability that has been identified as critical. In Marketo and Dreamweaver, there is a vulnerability with a high risk potential.
