David FischerThe two security vulnerabilities previously fixed in Google Chrome have now also been fixed in Microsoft Edge 135.0.3179.85. These are CVE-2025-3619 and CVE-2025-3620. Two additional fixes have also been implemented.
The update fixes an issue that caused the edge://welcome-new-device (FRE) page to open and contain an error message page that could not be closed. The update also fixes an issue that could cause the Copilot toolbar icon to disappear when the HubsSidebarEnabled policy was enabled.
Anyone using Microsoft Edge Extended Stable also received an update to version 134.0.3124.129 yesterday. Minor improvements and security vulnerabilities have been fixed here, too.
