Spectral Repair Actions
The headline feature in 7.75 is a set of powerful spectral repair tools that can fix audio problems non-destructively:
- New actions to replace the contents of a time selection with audio extrapolated from the surrounding material, perfect for removing clicks, pops, and short dropouts
- Support for bias, scale, balance, DC offset correction, and fades when applying spectral repair
- Versions of all sample edit actions that apply to the first selected item within the time selection
- A new preference to automatically zoom to the time selection when running sample edit actions
FX Chain Improvements
- Option to allow empty slots in TCP/MCP FX lists for better visual organization
- Ability to move FX to a specific slot in the mixer or track control panel
- New actions to toggle FX bypass for slots 1–10 on selected tracks
- Fix for parameter linking from bypass, wet, and delta parameters
Send/Receive Routing
- You can now move sends and hardware outputs within the TCP/MCP list
- Send level indicators are now tinted by the destination track's color when set, making complex routing easier to read at a glance
