Internet Download Manager 6.43 Build 11 Fixes "403 Forbidden" Errors Again
This build fixes download errors and a video assembly problem.
Tonec has released Internet Download Manager (IDM) 6.43 Build 11, the latest in a long line of small maintenance builds for the popular Windows download accelerator. Websites keep changing how they deliver files and videos, so IDM needs regular updates to keep up. This build fixes download errors and a video assembly problem.
What's New
- "403 Forbidden" fix: Downloads from some sites no longer fail with a "403 Forbidden" error.
- MP4 assembly fix: Some MP4 videos were saved as separate audio and video files instead of one playable file. That's fixed.
- Other bug fixes.
Build 10, released in August, fixed an earlier round of "403 Forbidden" errors, improved HTTP/2 downloading, and fixed bugs in TS-to-MP4 video conversion and in how video file extensions were set.
Tip
After updating, make sure the IDM Integration Module extension is up to date in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Many IDM fixes need both the desktop app and the browser extension to be current.
