GlassWire 3.9.1102 Goes Full 64-Bit With A Qt6 Overhaul

GlassWire, the network monitoring and firewall tool, has released version 3.9.1102 with a significant technical overhaul.
What's New
- 64-bit only: GlassWire is now a fully 64-bit application, bringing improved performance, stability, and compatibility with modern Windows systems.
- Qt6 UI framework: The interface has been rebuilt on Qt6, the modern version of the UI toolkit, for better performance and longer-term platform support.
- Cleaner uninstall: The uninstaller now offers an option to remove all files and data when uninstalling.
- Bug fixes: Fixed a crash that could occur during periods of heavy network activity, an issue preventing auto-updates from applying correctly, and a bug that caused network devices to appear twice after updating. Also resolved scrolling glitches in alert popups and a cursor visibility issue in the search field on the Protect tab.
What's Changed
- Support for Windows 7, Windows Server editions, and 32-bit (x86) Windows has been dropped. Users on those platforms should stay on GlassWire 3.8.1061, the last version supporting them.
- The "Use Legacy Driver" installation option has been removed.
Why It Matters
This is a substantial modernization release. Most users on 64-bit Windows 10/11 will simply get a faster, more stable app, but anyone still running 32-bit Windows or an older Windows 7/Server box needs to know they've hit the end of the line for updates.
