Geek Uninstaller 1.5.5.185: Stop Leftover Removal at Any Time

This small update fixes a crash and gives you more control while leftover files are being removed.

Geek Uninstaller 1.5.5.185 has been released. The free, portable uninstaller removes programs along with the files and registry entries they leave behind. This small update fixes a crash and gives you more control while leftover files are being removed.

What's New

  • Crash fix: Closing the wizard while leftovers were being removed no longer crashes the app.
  • Stop at any time: You can now cancel both leftover removal and the leftover scan whenever you like.
  • Small interface improvements and fixes.

This follows version 1.5.4.180 from August, which added support for removing Microsoft Edge and its companion apps with Force Removal.
