Mozilla has released Firefox 151.0.4, a routine maintenance update that addresses five bugs affecting Windows users.
What's Fixed
Five issues are resolved in this update:
Back/Forward hang on Windows Firefox would stop responding when clicking the browser's navigation buttons. This has been fixed. Older GPU software rendering fallback On some older graphics cards, Firefox was incorrectly switching to software rendering, noticeably reducing graphics performance. The correct hardware rendering path is now restored.
Accessibility services crash on Windows A crash that could occur when Firefox interacted with assistive technology services (such as screen readers) has been resolved.
Missing "Paste" option in context menus Users editing content on sites like Squarespace, LinkedIn, and eBay were not seeing the Paste option in right-click context menus. This is now fixed.
Incorrect resize handle in text fields Some text input fields were incorrectly displaying a resize grip. This cosmetic issue has been corrected.
Firefox 152 is scheduled to arrive on June 16, 2026. The 151.0.4 update will roll out automatically via the browser's built-in updater.
