Mozilla has published updates for the individual Firefox versions. This includes a security update for all versions, and Firefox 141.0 also includes new features, improvements, and fixes.

There are four updates in total: Firefox 141.0, 140.1 ESR, 128.13 ESR, and 115.26 ESR. The latter will receive an update until September 2025. That will officially mark the end of Firefox support for Windows 7, 8.1, and macOS 10.12 to 10.14. Firefox 128 will receive a final update in August. The respective update will be distributed on Tuesday (again in the afternoon) via the browser's update function.

• You can now automatically group your tabs. Firefox also suggests group names based on the tabs you select. This helps you stay focused, saves time, and reduces clutter. It all happens on your device to protect your privacy.

• Vertical tab users can now resize the tool areas at the bottom of the sidebar. To display fewer tools and more tabs, drag the divider down, which moves additional tools to an overflow menu.

• On Linux, Firefox uses less memory and no longer requires a forced restart after an update from a package manager.

• The Firefox address bar can now be used as a unit converter. The converter supports conversions of length, temperature, mass, force, and angle measurements, as well as time zones (e.g., "now in GMT," "10 a.m. EDT to CET"). Selecting the result copies it to the clipboard.
