Firefox 69.0.1 available with bug fixes

This release fixes some problems of Firefox 69 and closes a security vulnerability.

Mozilla has released Firefox 69.0.1. This is the first update for version 69. Firefox 69.0.1 is a bugfix release that does not include feature updates. This release fixes a security vulnerability, so you should install the update in a timely manner.

The vulnerability involved affects the Pointer Lock API. The vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker using a manipulated website to hijack the mouse pointer and thus confuse the user.

The release also fixes a problem starting an external program not in the foreground, but in the background.
