The according Chrome Releases page contains only a few details about the vulnerability (CVE-2022-3075, high).
The vulnerability affects the Mojo component. This is a platform for sandbox services that coordinate via interprocess communication (IPC). The error is said to cause difficulties in validating data. What attackers can actually do after a successful attack is not known.
Chrome 105.0.5195.102 for Linux, macOS and Windows is said to be protected against such attacks.
Installing the new update is strongly recommended for Chrome users. Chrome updates are available through the built-in update functionality. They are usually downloaded and installed automatically.
