Adobe Patch Day December 2022 delivers updates

The security updates fix vulnerabilities in Adobe Campaign, Experience Manager, and Illustrator.

Attackers could attack several vulnerable Adobe applications and in the worst case run malicious code on user systems. The security patches provide a remedy. Adobe classifies all updates as important.

Adobe Campaign Classic is threatened on Linux and Windows. According to the according Security Bulletin, if attacks are successful, attackers could end up with higher user rights (CVE-2022-42343). Updated version 7.3.2 and 8.4.2 fixed these problems.

The Experience Manager is under threat on all platforms. Even if malicious code attacks are possible, the threat level is only classified as medium. The Cloud Service Release 2022.10.0 and 6.5.15.0 versions are protected against possible attacks.

Illustrator has been secured by the developers in versions Illustrator 2022 26.5.2 and Illustrator 2023 27.0.1 on macOS and Windows. According to a warning message, memory leak errors could occur here.
